Spacious one bedroom apartment which can sleep up to 5 people on the first floor of this popular residence. The apartment is just 5 minutes walk from the centre of Val d’Isere, 50m from a bus stop and 5 minutes walk from the main Bellevarde lifts and piste.

The apartment has a good sized bedroom with a bunk bed wardrobe and chest of drawers and the living area has two single sofa beds with a pull out bed. There is a large south/west facing balcony off the living room which is great for spring sunshine. The living/dining room has a dining table for 4 people and a serving hatch into the kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, oven, hob, toaster, kettle and fridge. 

The bathroom has been recently renovated with a bath and shower attachment, heated towel rail and basin with a separate WC next door. There is plenty of storage space with two wardrobes in the living room, one in the bedroom and one in the bathroom. This is a great seasonal apartment for a group of friends, close to the centre of Val d’Isere and the pistes.
